One could spend a whole afternoon on this but it doesn't add up to a compelling watch. This is an interesting concept but it may not be one for more adaptations. I don't think this concept is ready for more roll outs. The concept of an interactive film of "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch" is absolutely original, no doubts. Bandersnatch is a fictional creature created by Lewis Carroll in his poem Jabberwocky; in this film it is a fictional book that will be converted into a video game.
Unfortunately the storyline and the screenplay of a stressed and problematic game programmer that has a nervous breakdown and loses control over himself are awful and do not engage the viewer that feels bored and not understanding why the teenager kills his father in a stupid attack. In the end, "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch" is not totally bad, but another overrated and overhyped Netflix production. Further the viewer cannot trust in most of the reviews made by hired users or robots as usual Netflix procedure in IMDb.
